West Brom v Blackpool Official Matchnight Thread 01.11.22

We are poor in midfield tonight but not helped by hit and hope balls from the back. Wright isn't staking a claim for a place this half, he needs to up his game, Cary isn't getting the ball and Kenny is having a poor game tonight so far.

Passing backwards from promising positions then the big hoof!
Shit commentator, doesn’t he know who we are!

We're not playing well, and can't string more than a couple of passes together.

Having said that we aren't having the run of the ball either.

No midfielders on the bench and when players are chasing shadows, it always results in a yellow card or worse. Interesting challenge for MA at half time.

Been a shocking first half, and even then Madine has had the best chance with that header on the far post.

MA needs to tell them that this game is there for the taking and they need to start to get the ball on the deck and take control of midfield because WBA are awful. I expect us to be much better second half.

We can't even pass at all, sat so deep, wba look like Barcelona on the ball in comparison, no misplaced passes, easy to cut through us, haven't created a lot with it yet but if one team was going to win so far its not us.

Need to improve massively, not good enough so far at all.

Some tired and sloppy play there.

Let's see what MA can change.
