Well it’s now 9 wins needed from 22 games,I’d like one of them to be in the next 2 games but Itl be tough .the pressure on a decision about the manager mounts .
Post removedAppleton not clapping fans again. Sign of a happy camp
He could have been told to watch himself and to grow into the game. Could he have shadowed the Hull player to the edge of the pitch? - I wasn't there. Either way, like Anderson a few weeks ago, he lunged in too early. The Manager and his team, do not convince me.Lack of match fitness more than anything.
Yes, I was hoping Hull would score a winner today. Point delays the inevitable. He stays, we go down.Far too much negativity on here - it's as though a lot want Blackpool to fail, just so Appleton can get sacked.

The board a blindHe will get a January transfer window unfortunately
He opted for the Golden Gamble. Lad would have scored I think and they go on to win from there.Did you mean Jordan Thorniley?
He could have just let the player go and taken the 1 on 1. Come away with a 1-0 and JT made the right call. 1-1 not so clearcut.Je could have been told to

I thought Poveda worked hard and tracked back pretty well, he was a threat whilst he was on.Only saw last few minutes of the first half & the second, they were there for the taking & better finishing we'd have won that. Some strange subs & worryingly no effort from Proveda when he lost the ball, makes me wonder if this is part of why he's not played much. A point's a point though with 10 men & I was glad to see JT return, but he was exposed for his lack of pace & probably took one for the team. At least we should be able get some consolation for Preston losing but considering Huddersfield can overtake us with their game in hand, even that is a little tarnished. Roll on a nice easy home game on the 29th. It seems an age since I was able to actually use my season ticket.
Yes - there was a period of about 20 seconds where we won the ball back, and then passed it around them on their left wing. Made about 6 successful passes in a row and for a second I remembered what football was! Then broke, unsuccessfully, and lost the ball again.lack of quality is a big problem.
biggest problem? we give the ball away too often in open play, and rarely win the loose / second ball.
Tell that to some of the numbnuts who can't see past hating the knobbers.Preston losing was bad for us - better if Huddersfield had lost.
I worked in Ayrshire 1990-93 and lived in Troon. At that time I decided to follow Killie who were promoted to the SPL at the end of the 1992-93 season. I've not been since the new ground was built but I still hold a soft spot. I have a couple of editions of an early fanzine called KillieKen. Happy days.View attachment 13903

Fear not, lads, the Killie Unofficial Supporters Club heading down on Wednesday to watch a Seasiders victory, followed by a couple of pints and stay over in the hotel. Bit of nostalgia above. Look at the attendances! We were part time back then and going through a bad spell. A long way since we were playing Real Madrid in the European Cup in 65 and Leeds in the semi final of the Fairs Cup in 68. C’mon the Pool!!

Good to have you down here Killieboy. Tell us about your club's youth policy. I was just looking at the profile of your midfielder David Watson. Don't you think 10 months of age is a bit young to bring kids into the first team squad?

We need a fresh team urgentlyWe need fresh legs here urgently
Oh come on we all like a chuckle when the mighty North End lose, regardless of the Udders being on our tail. I didn't think you were a Humbug.Tell that to some of the numbnuts who can't see past hating the knobbers.
Straight after the match, probably a bit lacking in humour.Oh come on we all like a chuckle when the mighty North End lose, regardless of the Udders being on our tail. I didn't think you were a Humbug.
This manager thinks we’re not a dirty or ill disciplined team yet we’ve got double the amount of red cards than the next worst team.Well we might be struggling in most areas but we`re top on one stat ,most players red carded in the Championship this season!
Haha……hadn’t spotted that one. I’ll post it on our forum. On a serious note, we are decent at producing players, but the big clubs are snatching then for peanuts. Both Newcastle and Man City have signed one each in the last two seasons.Good to have you down here Killieboy. Tell us about your club's youth policy. Hi! Good time to support Killie. The start of a 30 year spell in the top league. Unfortunately, our current form is pretty much mirroring yours. Killie v Aberdeen tomorrow night and the. Blackpool the next night.I worked in Ayrshire 1990-93 and lived in Troon. At that time I decided to follow Killie who were promoted to the SPL at the end of the 1992-93 season. Ah seeing you back reminds me how when I forecast last season that Yates would not even score half as many goals last season as he did in League 1 you told me that was rubbish and you`d bookmark it till the end of the season. Gone very quiet about it since then haven`t you .Not so cocky now but no sign of the apology I`m still waiting for!!Merry Christmas to one and all, ive stayed off here for a few weeks whilst the the world cup has been on and our depressing form since before and after, hope youre all ok. See you in league 1 next year, i kind of like the lower leagues anyway …… not really
Your reply:Personally I don`t think Yates is good enough in the Championship. We` ve got better. Good work rate but offers more quantity than quality.I forecast at the start of the season that he would struggle and so far just one goal and that a penalty.
Bookmarked till the end of the seasonI`m afraid the rubbish is all from you as this season has already shown and will continue to show, always assuming NC thinks he`s actually worth his place which is beginning to look doubtful now. I will be amazed if he even gets half as many goals as he scored in the lower division last season.
Hahaaa, i still stand by what i said. Jeza was the top goal scorer in the league a few weeks back, no service = no goals.Ah seeing you back reminds me how when I forecast last season that Yates would not even score half as many goals last season as he did in League 1 you told me that was rubbish and you`d bookmark it till the end of the season. Your reply:
Rubbish.. Jerry is the best striker at the club, but strikers need service, of which he has had absolutety non whilst weve been finding our feet in this league. Give him the service and he will be our top scorer this season.
Bookmarked till the end of the season
Happy New Year!!!
