Bit of a lack of quality at times for me, passing around the back not going anywhere.

Were not getting the domination high up enough.
 
We'll be seeing more of Lyndon Dykes when QPR come to the seaside. Not much skill but he puts himself about.
 
It's like a cup tie between a Premier League side and a Championship team. Doesn't mean the Championship side can't win.

Maybe Grealish will bring that bit of class we need.
 
I think after a scrappy first half due to pressure we’ll come out more composed and controlled second half 👍
 
“First showpiece game of the finals”! Must have missed the Germany v France game then!

If this is a showpiece, I’m not buying!
 
Usual England Bore fest. Good effort so far by Scotland.
Let the young lads play their natural game. Over coaching their natural skills and instincts out of the game.
Has Kane touched the ball more than 3 times?
 
Dire first half from England more than a few players who are just not at the races namely Kane, Stirling, Mount, Foden.

Crying out for Grealish just to give us something different.

So predictable from England were making the Jocks look decent.
 
Well, that's 45 minutes of my life I won't get back.....Grealish for Mount at half time, surely?!?!

02.45 am here in Thailand, not happy with staying up for this rubbish!!!
 
Scotland are the better team. England have run out of ideas. It needs Grealish to get us some possession and take the game to the Scots but I'm not sure that Mr Boring is inclined to play him.
 
Whoever said this was going to be a walk over for England was deluded. The other home nations always raise their game against England in all sports, and our performances always tend to go the other way.
 
Feels like they want Kane to drop in to open the space behind. Which would be fine if Kane wasn’t comfortably our most likely goal scorer IF given chances.

Get Grealish on. Get Kane further forward and create chances for him. If he scores one, he’ll soar.

Scotland isn’t a game for Sterling stretching them because they’ve no interest in pushing forward in numbers.
 
Do our players actually care enough? Sterling and Foden are struggling to control the ball. Kane is dropping too deep. James has incredible delivery but slows play down and passes backwards pretty much every time. If we don't produce better in the 2nd 45, the team will rightly get pelters from fans and the media.
 
I think GS needs to shake it up & perhaps Grealish is the one to do this. So he'll probably not do that. I always thought it could be tight, whilst hoping we stuff them.
