Has lawsuit filed against him over sexual abuse allegations by Virginia Giuffre, looks like comeuppance time!
 
Good on her but has she any chance? He's been completely protected so far, anyone else would have been before the courts long before now.

It's a strange country we live in, a sexual abuser of minors warrants more royal protection and less criticism in the media than someone who marries in to the family and is seen as a bit uppity. No wonder Prince Harry fucked off when it was clear his wife was in more danger from the public pile on than his nonce uncle.

It'll continue to be hushed up. Another winner for the legal's £££. Wonder who ultimately will pay for that.🤬
 
Nothing will come of it, I expect. It’s a civil case which he will continue to ignore with the tacit backing of the establishment. Even if the US court finds against him and awards umpteen million dollars in damages he won’t pay a cent. I will bet he owns very little officially (apart from that timeshare skiing chalet in Switzerland, which is probably in Fergie’s name by now) and he lives “by grace and favour” at HMQ’s cost. And to pay up might indicate an admission of guilt.

Now, if the US federal authorities pressed criminal charges against him that would be extraditable. But they won’t because it would be too embarrassing for the “special relationship”. And would prove that some people are way above the law, which might damage the monarchy quite severely. However, when Charlie becomes king, who knows what could ensue as there seems to be little brotherly love.

One thing is for sure though, Airmiles Andy’s global wanderings are on hold now, probably forever, as he dare not risk another country’s laws seizing him and putting him on a rendition flight to the USA. The next instalment will be Ghislaine’s trial and the worry that she might do a plea bargain deal and bring a lot more dirt into the open.

Well I think he began by denying ever having met her but then there were photos.

Doesn’t prove they had sex but obviously it starts to paint a picture of credibility.
 
I’m no fan of Andrew either, but he right Royaly messed that interview up..... 2 sides to every story, but he’s going to need a bloody big shovel to get out of this one!
 
A nonce he may be, but he should still be tried via the correct judicial way. Innocent until proven guilty isn't it.

Really dumb comment. She’s pursuing the available legal action against somebody who raped her as a child sex slave. Should victims of abuse donate all court proceeds to charity just to protect the fragile ego of men such as yourself? Or do we think maybe, just maybe, when you’re trafficked as a sex slave and literally raped by royalty you might be in line for some kind of compensation??

Can't say I'm a fan of Andrew. He's clearly lying about not knowing her, but if you read the other side of the story you might form a different opinion. For example, her incessant lying, her regular unfounded claims of sexual abuse and her previous false accusations of rape which were not pursued by the police due to lack of credibility. Plenty of evidence online. Try TNO's attachment at #21 for a taster. I don't really give a shit whether Andy is charged or not, but only a mug would believe her stories.

The only interesting thing would be if it actually got to court. But Andrew will avoid that at all costs, as it could open up a wider can of worms, including the FBI wanting to interview him, under caution, on other Epstein matters. It will probably be settled out of court with all sorts of confidentialty agreements. A pity really as Andrew is as odious and as dodgy as they come, not just in his personal behaviour but also in his business dealings.
 
Prince Andrew hasn t been convicted of any crime in any court we don t know if the allegations made against him are true
or whether its just another woman trying to extract money either from him or gain payment from the tabloid press for her story.
 
Agree, he is innocent till proven Guildford!

However, his car crash interview, would suggest it’s likely, he is guilty of something very iffy.

Obviously the spectre of a court case, won’t be making him sweat.🤔

If your idea of evidence is unsourced character assassinations like that in post #21 then I feel sorry for you.
 
When weighing this one up, remember (yet again) the circumstances involving the scarecrow and also the case of the young lad down south who was killed on the road and whose family have so far been denied justice.

He's behaved despicably in my opinion.
I'd just rather see somebody tried in a courtroom and proved guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Rather that than being tried on social media.

The fact that mainstream media has an agenda does not preclude the fact that unsourced character assassinations are still likely to be bullshit. The fact that I don’t take random unsourced bullshit as evidence does not preclude my being open minded.

Prince Andrew now has the choice of whether to enter that courtroom to prove his innocence... or not.

Hi Bendit, you are right in what you say but have we moved on ? Because of his position he’s got money and power, is he guilty I don’t know, the only two people who would know are him and her.
He didnt choose his friends well but that’s not a crime in it self.

Well she can't unhave sex with him so assuming he is found guilty and as this is a civil case can't be imprisoned or fined, how should she be compensated?

To be honest, I find it rather strange that those who appear to be willing to convict Andrew without a trial are the very same folk who don't think that the problem of grooming gangs should be discussed after such groups have been tried and convicted.
