Thank you for contacting the Metropolitan Police Service. We have received and are aware of such reports and at this stage cannot provide further comment. Further details may be released in due course.

Oh well, fairly predictable standard reply but maybe something will come of it. We can live in hope the scumbag gets the punishment he deserves.

I can honestly say I'm not bothered at all by it

I don't have pets and don't have this bizarre love for them that most in this country seem to have

I haven't watched the video and I'm not joining in on the witch hunt of a person who hails from a different country and culture

As has been said generally people from continental Europe don't have the same love of pets as we appear to have in this country

Shit post Phil, please don’t ask me to explain it, most people on this board get it already. If you don’t think it’s disgusting to watch a man beat a small animal, in front of a kid who I presume loves that animal, then there’s no point in a debate.

Edit to add : I know from posting on here how much you hate bullying and would stand up against it whether that put you in the shit or not. Is this not the same?

Its a cat, i don't care a jot about cats sorry that's just the way i feel

The guy is obviously a bit thick for filming it, but like i said its a cultural thing

He most probably whacks his wife around as well

And when that come out i will be bang into him

But its a cat and its taken up far too much airtime in my opinion

Fair do’s I suppose, if that’s how you think. How do you feel about how much it would have upset his kid? Maybe in their ‘culture’ it’s the first stage of showing his kid that the man of the house can mistreat anything under him?

Weird - maybe we should all lay off the Taliban and all then for cultural reasons 😒

You might not be bothered by it but it’s pretty cruel and disturbing whichever way you look at it. Anyone displaying those tendencies is pretty messed up in my opinion and I’d be worried for his kids.

He really didn't gently kick the cat. I'd suggest you watch it again.

If he kicked me with that much force, he'd probably break my rib. No idea if the cat has any injuries.

Anyone that can do this to an animal and think it's funny can't be that far removed from beating a child or women.
Some people on here just don't get it or more likely have the same mentality as Zouma. Probably the same sort of person that would whip his phone out to film a car crash or someone getting attacked in the street.

What would be your reaction if some fan or player was to call Zouma a nasty name referring to his colour or race? Personally, I think he is fully deserving of the names I am thinking of. I can only think you are winding people up Phil.

Cats are tough creatures and it wasn’t seriously hurt.
I would totally agree if he had kicked the Cat full force against a wall or badly injured it.

Having watched the video - his behaviour is terrible, I agree. That said, I also don't think the cat was injured nor was it the intention to cause injury.

And yes I hate Seagulls and I don’t like Cats if truth be known but I’ve never harmed either in my life.
