Watched it last night, sickened beyond belief. Genuinely couldn’t sleep for a couple of hours. We lost our cat Morty a couple of weeks ago, but at least he was loved and treated like a family member every day of his life, so to see one get treated like this is equal parts heartbreaking and enraging. I did a quick Google earlier on whether it’s a criminal offence, and although I didn’t look too deeply, it looked like it’s down to the RSPCA to prosecute.
Also, very randomly, if the animal belongs to someone else they can be prosecuted for criminal damage of property!!

It should be a police matter imo.
