Liverpool V Real Madrid CL Final match thread.

Kick off delayed 15 mins thought there where a lot of empty seats.
Looks like a bit of a fuck up along with the pitch only being layed in the last few days.

Host cities usually have 18 months to prepare, Paris had 3.

There was a concert at the stadium with 90,000 people in attendance just a week or so ago, hence the new pitch.

I suspect the size requirement for Liverpool's fan zone is backfiring. I believe it was 8 miles from the stadium in comparison to the Madrid one only being a mile.

To avoid being accused of bias, there are also some rumours about a group of people trying to bunk in, though nothing official yet.

If it all turns out to be true surely they deserve a long term ban from European competition?
 
Been to a few events at the Stadium over the years. Not the easiest place to get to, although the problem we experienced was getting out at the end.

Sounds like fans have been kettled. The Gendarmerie have probably been advised by Lancashire Constabulary.

Nice that football fans have such solidarity after some of our policing experience this year, that must have been Liverpool fans fault as well.

I'd rather be a wanker than a ticketless piece of scouse scum causing the same problems that they have caused before. Will they ever learn!?
