6 of those players are not ours
2 midfielders.....Theres got to be some news still to come, we never seem to announce after the deadline if there is it's usually the next day.
To leave it so late if its left no time would be very disappointing, however it might have been sorted much earlier.
We let a midfielder go when we're massively short so I can only assume we have signed someone, I'm having faith.
Won't be long until we find out.
What makes you think the next window is going to be any better than this one ?Not bothered, think we have a deep enough squad to entertain me this year. Maybe next window if we struggle.
Well you started off with the money is staying in the club. Then Hazi pointed out the signings. Then you reply with the loans might be as shit as TJJ and return in January.I don’t understand your point.
Eh?2 midfielders.....
How is it stronger?Well you started off with the money is staying in the club. Then Hazi pointed out the signings. Then you reply with the loans might be as shit as TJJ and return in January.
That's about as miserable as it gets. Truly. Cheer the fuck up. Our squad is stronger than last season. The problem is injuries. And possibly the change of manager.
What are you on about, the loan players plus Thompson are an improvement on last years squad.Let's be honest, this hasn't been a good window at all. Selling our best player and not even coming close to replacing him. I'm not even angry, I'm just disheartened by it all.
But better to have brought a highly regarded loan player in than nobody at all. We’d be replacing Bowler at the end of the season anyway. I’m happy with Poveda in and time taken to find a good perm signing if there wasn’t a suitable choice immediately available.I meant permanently, him being replaced by a loan isn't exactly great is it.
Give your head a shake, we have a better squad than this time last year!Let's be honest here, we are in serious trouble.
Our only really creative player looks to be gone, our MF is gutted, our defence looks like it will ship goals every week and strikers who struggle to score.
I was very vocal about not wanting Appleton but I feel so bad for him right now. He hasn't been backed, in fact he's been left with a weaker team that he started with.
Over £5.2m brought in this window and less that £1m spent. That's not gonna keep us in the Championship.
Virtue and Bowler, we let 2 midfielders go today.
Bowler is not a midfielder.Virtue and Bowler, we let 2 midfielders go today.
Do you honestly think that?Give your head a shake, we have a better squad than this time last year!
Apologies, could have sworn he'd made his entire career by playing as a winger.Bowler is not a midfielder.
Exactly, a winger.Apologies, could have sworn he'd made his entire career by playing as a winger.
Oh, well I class his as a winger so kind of different.Bowler is not a midfielder.
Definitely has played as part of a midfield.Exactly, as part of a front 3.
We will have to wait and see. What makes you think the next window is going to be any better than this one ?
I pointed out the loans are precisely that, if some or even one is as good asTJJ we are back to square one and we don’t know how much was spent on them. Why is that miserable? And if it is so what, that’s my opinion. If you don’t like it you don’t have to agree, or even read my posts , that’s your prerogative.Well you started off with the money is staying in the club. I did read your post and it was comically negative so I commented on it. It's a forum and people read things you write and reply to them. Negativity and being miserable are two entirely different things, however we will agree to disagree on this point. I think overall we are in agreement more than disagreement and I know we both have the best interests of the club at heart.I did read your post and it was comically negative so I commented on it.
