Why?I guess the remainder won't go straight to open sale, I would expect STHs from last season to be next in line. Then supporters who attended 10 games or more last season.
Where have you read that? There's 67 tickets that haven't been claimed.
Where have you read that?
I heard it was 77. Are you sure your source is solid?I've been told from the lady at the ticket office.
I grabbed 10.I heard it was 77. Are you sure your source is solid?
Well you are Band A...I grabbed 10.
£53 and a free stay in the hotel penthouse if you want one. I can't go anyway.Well you are Band A...
Hmm, tempting...£53 and a free stay in the hotel penthouse if you want one. I can't go anyway.
It was around 4,300 sold I believe when they closed sales on them. How many st holders do we have is it 4k or was it 3800 ish as I was told?
How many tickets do we have allocated? On the site it specifically doesn't say 4k it says 25%, the official capacity is 17338 according to Google. Which would potentially mean 4,334 might be available.
If 67 ST holders didn't take theirs up then it depends how many we have but with 4k and the 25% capacity we would then have around 400 available.
I know Sunderland get 10k as their stadium holds nearly 50k but the upper limit is 10k so teams are seemingly allowed about the 4k amount.
Not sure why the club couldn't say the actual amount of tickets available?
Yes that's what was reported a few months back.I was under the impression we sold 4,000 season tickets then opened it up again for a few hundred extra. As said above, the statement on the website says 25% of capacity is available, not 4,000.
capacity is 17,200 but what they were allowed in was revised down to 16,800 a few years ago by the HSE because of persistent standing in the away sections. This happened when we were boycotting so none of us really noticed, not sure if it's changed since.Does anyone actually know what the capacity is?
as far as I know it’s anywhere between 13k-17k due to safety issues mainly in the east
Fight to the death innit.67 or 77 thats going to be very difficult to decide how they are shared out.
The Hunger Games.Fight to the death innit.
The ‘official’ capacity is a little misleading. I think that’s how many seats we have but our useable capacity is set lower to allow for segregation of fans etc and that is (I’m fairly sure) the figure on which any safety certificates are provided... now obviously there is no need for segregation so potentially we do get to use the ‘official’ capacity... I’ve no idea if that’s actually happened or not though but a bit of clever thinking and a decent relationship with the council and whoever gives out the safety certificates may have helped magic up 100/150 extra seats for fans. How many st holders do we have is it 4k or was it 3800 ish as I was told?

There aren't any away fans so that might not be an issue for this game.capacity is 17,200 but what they were allowed in was revised down to 16,800 a few years ago by the HSE because of persistent standing in the away sections. This happened when we were boycotting so none of us really noticed, not sure if it's changed since.
Even the government doesn't know that, they probably just plucked a figure.Ground certificate is for 16,616 - it was revised down from 16,871 due to persistent standing by away fans in the north end of the East Stand. There are a few unknowns such as is the 25 % based on capacity or safety certificate, does it include stewards, does it include players and officials, etc.
There’s still space in the club hotel on the night as well. Just looking at all the options I can’t physically choose from to torture myself
what other way of doing it could there have been this season without someone complaining - seems sensible and a reward for someone who has paid £10 for every game this season - a good decision from meReally ??? Loyalty by purchasing iFollow passes??? I personally think this is ridiculous and that’s speaking from someone who has a ticket. Ridiculous
Rewards supporters for not using the streaming service which everyone quite easily could have for a fraction of the price - never going to please everyone but a fair way of doing it.Hmm, not sure I agree with that.
I'm assuming EFL rewards games are included.
Plus it penalised multi occupied houses who would have bought had it not been for 1 being a ST holder - i.e. with me, 3 of us watch on my ST account.
Should be a straight lottery.
I think its a great way of doing it and that's speaking from someone who has a ticket ... well done all at BFC !!Really ??? Loyalty by purchasing iFollow passes??? I personally think this is ridiculous and that’s speaking from someone who has a ticket. Ridiculous
