Total embarrassment this, show some class, issue a proper apology and support the players that pull on the shirt. This is a young player who has opted to come here to further his career rather than sitting pretty comfortably at one of the biggest clubs in the world. Show some repect or at least some bollocks and admit you were taken in, very badly.
 
Absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't give 2 sh1ts that he is a PNE fan or whether because of that he doesn't particularly like us. All I'm bothered about is if he does the business on the pitch for us and gives his all. If he does I'll cheer him and the manager will pick him, if he doesn't I won't and he won't be picked either. Absolute childish behaviour this.

The top brass dropped a bollock and need to apologise properly.

Its embarrassing just how many Blackpool fans didn't realise this was fake and assumed, with absolutely no evidence at all, that it was real. Cringeworthy.
 
I feel sorry for the player, the muckers should be ashamed of themselves, I think the decent thing that they can do is either disband the group or deactivate their Twitter account because the way they acted towards the player was disgusting. It is beyond embarrassing, not happy with them at all 🙁
 
If this Rhys had no reason to hate Blackpool before , the Muckers have just given him one. If its a true script then so what ,its his job as a pro footballer to do his best ,so I can't see this making a difference to his performance . What it has done is made the Muckers who have highlighted this as complete idiots . We probably now have a definate player who does not want to be here and as word gets around to other players that may want contracts or games on loan ,where does it put us. We have moaned about not signing players and then we do this when we sign one. The Muckers should be sending an apology and hoping that this kid has a successful time while playing for us.
 
Frankly that non-apology is absolute toss, and then trying to double down and dig the lad out about what time he gets up is just embarrassing. Absolutely p*ss poor of them not to apologise, delete the tweet and leave it alone. The Muckers do themselves no favours at all with this. And in future perhaps they should let someone sensible with half a brain manage the twitter account.
 
Well if you’re one of the Twitterati then just drown out the noise. Give Rhys social media support and more support in the real world.

Rhys needs to thicken his skin too. Social media can be cesspit for the hard of thinking (see Euros final loss) and until Twitter et al start making you sign up with ID, it’ll always be so.
 
Twitter needs to introduce some kind of IQ test before allowing people to post, whoever is in charge of that Muckers account hasn’t just embarrassed himself he’s embarrassed our whole fan base.

Only positive to come out of this is the vast majority of Pool fans condemning his tweet and non apology?!
 
How does the MSG actually work? Who is in charge? Who is responsible for their social media?

They need to apologise to the player and the club and there needs to be resignations from their top table too. In the absence of that happening in the next 24 hours they should be made persona non grata at the club. I don’t care what good work they’ve done in the past. This behaviour is outrageous and needs to stop.
 
Seems to be one guy who runs that account as his personal twitter account. He's a bit of a numpty to be honest, posts loads of crap that can't be speaking for all muckers. Should just kick him off it and run it as a group and only post about Mucker/Blackpool FC things. If he wants to spout crap he can do it on his own personal twitter account like everyone else.

He's been done for a kipper here, you would think if more than one of them was running the account one of them would say "it's clearly fake".
