I think it’s fair to say Yates won’t be here on 1 September.

That would be Warwick University, the same place he went last season for additional training. I wouldn't read anything into its proximity to Coventry. Plus, if Leicester are interested, they'd have no chance of matching any deal they would offer. Ultimately I just want to most money possible for him and for that to he used to improve our squad/club.

I doubt if any Coventry or Leicester fan or citizen of Warwick would recognise Jerry if they walked past him in the street.

Warwick University isn’t in Warwick, it’s in Coventry.

The point still stands, he's been there before for striker training. He was there with other professional footballers. Just because it's in Coventry/Warwickshire doesn't mean he's signing for them.
