Watford v Blackpool Official Matchday Thread 14.01.23

I've tried hard not to be unduly critical of Appleton but his in game management at times beggars belief. And I find some of the sides he selects baffling and seemingly driven by his personal relationships with players as by the right men for the job. Very poor and cost us points today.
 
I've not been Appleton out but I am now. This line up and lack of subs is inexcusable. There are no excuses anymore, he had other options but chose this sht show.
Fcuking Madine instead of Yates, continuing with Carey aswell, making no subs. Awful awful performance.
 
After the highs of last week this has been a disgraceful showing and the blame has to lie at the door of Appleton with his starting 11.
No doubt we are in serious trouble.
 
When will people realise that Maxwell is a league two keeper. If we made him available for transfer, no other championship club would be interested. He makes flash saves but he is nowhere near good enough for the Championship. We have an excellent keeper on the bench who doesn’t get a look in. Appleton will take us down.

Me too. I'm giving AVFTT a rest for a day or so. Will be toxic on here. I'm now in the Appleton Out camp for the first time.
