He is a million miles from what the vermin were, they were calculating and only interested in themselves, but this bloke seems to be out of his depth to me and we are lurching from one fuck up to another. If he is the second coming then he needs to pull his ** finger out.

I just think that this Board goes OTT on these occasions. I don't doubt it has been a major incident but as to what, I can't say.
 
It’s being used as a stick to beat SS with

Sporting Director has allegedly done something wrong so he’s sacked

If true it’s a positive step not a negative one

SS takes action against someone who potentially harmed the club then gets slated by the clubs supporters

Doesn’t make sense

Totally agree. After the Oyscums were ousted and a local Blackpool fan took over, I expected that us fans would be respected and kept informed of what was going on. I understand and accept that sensitive issues may be kept under wraps, but for something like this, there is no need for secrecy. It just ferments rumours.
BFC is OUR Club! SS has often said he is just the custodian. Without loyal fans there would be no Club! We deserve to be informed about what is going on and, at the present time, like mushrooms, we are being kept in the dark!

People who leak team sheets are either wanting to show how important they are. Or have an agenda against their employers. Either way he put his own interests over the clubs.

If the club have got rid of him because he did something seriously wrong then what's the issue?

Yes it's a poor season and mistakes made, some silly and obvious, but we don't know who makes what decisions or what's presented to SS as options for eg.

We've done more good under SS overall, improved the club and had 2 great seasons. 1 poor one, the 1st season was a bit early as so much had to change and the squad inherited etc, a bit of a feeling out process.

The manager choices have been poor overall no doubt, hopefully now they've learned, from all accounts they seem to want to go the Critchley type route so seem to have, hopefully playing positive passing football.

As said, SS and or BM tried to make a positive change bringing in the cov guys, it looked a great move, can't really account for something like this.

They've proven they will make changes to try and affect positive outcomes. They will do it again I'm sure and do their best to keep us up or if we do go down to return us.

Cut them a bit of slack, ask tough questions yes, always want us to improve further but also be respectful, we're on the outside, we don't know all the inner workings so can't form a fully accurate opinion. We all know there are certainly some things to improve.

But I'd imagine though that SS won't be happy with how the season has gone either.
 
He clearly needed to go but it doesn't answer the question as to why are we pin balling from one fuck up to another, He's the first of a few to be shown the door then hopefully because we don't seem to have anyone who can act professionally or not behave like a **.

What worries me most is that if that shitty line up was known and circulated Friday night, why did not one fan post on Twitter or any other media what an utterly wank line up MM was going to pick?

If just one person had spoken up, MM might have had to change his tactic and we wouldn’t have had to watch that capitulation.

Come on lads, you had the chance to alter Saturdays shit show and yet no one posted it. They must have thought it was a decent line up?

Had you posted it on here we could have taken some action to get the line up altered

It's not looking good is it? We have had awful recruitment and awful managerial selections. We bring in a Director of Football to try and sort all that out, and it turns out he's awful too!

We can't seem to get anything right. Did we do our homework on Badlan? Apparently he left Norwich in not the best circumstances too.

Who is going to pick the next manager now?
Is our summer player recruitment completely ruined now?
Will we be appointing a new Sporting Director who will choose the next manager? Those left at the club certainly can't get that right!

The club have said they will not be making any further comments, but with things going as they are, fans will be wanting answers.
 
Get relegated and everyone demands a wholesale cull. Remove every person in the leadership team including the owner?

If we were Norwich or Rotherham then the club would be up for sale every 18 months. Decisions were really poor all season but I don’t want scorched Earth I want lessons learnt

It was a badly played bluff. Surely he expected it to go viral? And with the flack coming MM’s way all night long then by Sat morning the plan b team (2nd half lot) would be the starting 11. And Nobbers wouldn’t have had the upperhand from the off. Yep I’m blaming Phil too 😀

Matt from the Gazette alludes that he left Norwich under a cloud. What's all this due diligence the club harps on about? We really are in a mess on and off the field.

If he only told one person in a pub, then that person is just as at fault for telling someone else. If he told multiple people, then that's different. All I I was trying to say is that other people have happily passed on the team news too. I'm not defending Badlan.
