This is the picture of the GB Olympic Team in 1960 with Tommy Thompson 2nd from right on the back row.

Pretty sure his daughter was in my infants class.

I thought the same. We got Gordon Milne the following season plus George Eastham who was also in the squad was born in Blackpool.

There are a few players in that picture who weren't in the final 22. Gordon Milne , Peter Thompson , Gordon Harris , George Eastham,
Keith Newton , Paul Reaney . Not sure therefore it's a ' World Cup ' picture.

I saw Hugh Barr (front right) play for Coventry City during Jimmy Hill’s reign in the 60’s - a Northern Ireland international.
