Yeah got ours Tuesday...however on the downside we bought two tickets one after the other in 2 transactions.... one ticket arrived Monday and the other Thursday (that would have been interesting trying to sort that out with all the Rangers fans looking to get in)Got mine back midweek

Both the Club and the SLO posted on FB and Twitter this morning that the shop/ticket office would be closed today. I would have expected most fans to have picked up on that. Maybe it was not possible with the shop being closed presumably for covid isolating reasons.
But still, ideally you want to give people money back in good time to purchase for the next one.

I got £23.50 back, which included the booking fee and print at home cost. Got it a week ago.Won’t know until my credit card bill comes in later next month.

"I am really sorry there has been a slight issue with regards to the refunds. This has been chased higher up and the issue is looking to be resolved as soon as possible"

The Club is currently looking into an issue with Ticketmaster as to why some supporters have received their refunds and others have not yet.
If you have not received yours yet, the Club apologises for the delay. It is hoped to have it resolved soon.
I put it out on the SLO FB and Twitter pages.
