Refunds for Rangers tickets

I paid online too. Bought on the Friday. Will be contacting the club tomorrow afternoon if it doesn't come thru by then
 
Bought 4 online; no refund yet.

Fortunately, I'm in no rush for it back, but there will be others where it could make a substantial difference.
 
Got mine back midweek
Yeah got ours Tuesday...however on the downside we bought two tickets one after the other in 2 transactions.... one ticket arrived Monday and the other Thursday (that would have been interesting trying to sort that out with all the Rangers fans looking to get in)
 
Nothing yet either. Surprised there has been no communication if delayed.

I'll give til this afternoon then call, just in case I've fallen through the cracks.

Both the Club and the SLO posted on FB and Twitter this morning that the shop/ticket office would be closed today. I would have expected most fans to have picked up on that. However, I've noted that there was no associated update on the Club website and I'll follow up with the media team to request consistency in future.

So there are delays with the online refunds then? I don't look at FB often, and even less Twitter. I do look at the club website which said 72 hrs max.

A bit of a shame here as it may be limiting some from buying the next game without the funds back from the last home one, especially some families who may have forked out a fair bit.

Maybe it was not possible with the shop being closed presumably for covid isolating reasons.

But still, ideally you want to give people money back in good time to purchase for the next one.

Why would not getting a refund stop people buying tickets tonight. If rangers game went ahead they wouldn't be getting a refund.
 
Got mine back the day after it was called off👍,including the booking fee and postage, I received the tickets so to be honest wouldn’t have minded not being refunded for the postage, think the club will have lost a few quid on that

There wouldn't be many.

The lack of communication isn't good either way, especially as some on here were refunded last Wednesday.

There will have been some who chose the rangers game as the friendly to go to and said ahh well ill go to Burnley instead who maybe dont have money spare and expected it back in their account.
 
Still waiting too. Email msg I received back from the ticket office last night:

"I am really sorry there has been a slight issue with regards to the refunds. This has been chased higher up and the issue is looking to be resolved as soon as possible"

Ta for that. It's now 6 working days when they said 72hrs. Shame they can't put a message on the website to stop the queries.

Already said this is unusual but still needs flagging as poor.

The Club is currently looking into an issue with Ticketmaster as to why some supporters have received their refunds and others have not yet.

If you have not received yours yet, the Club apologises for the delay. It is hoped to have it resolved soon.
 
Still not received mine either but after reading SLO_BFC’s message I have a better understanding of what’s going on and will just give it time. Shame there has been a lack of communication with the fans since I’m waiting for £120 worth refund since I bought 6 tickets.

I put it out on the SLO FB and Twitter pages. You can follow both: @bfcslo and with reference to a comment higher up in this thread, I'll follow up with media team to request consistency across platforms in future.
 
Someone I know has put in for a season ticket refund as their job has changed and they are relocating to Southampton. Asked 3 times now and still no reply/decision from the CEO.
