Westfield is definitely the best bet for parking. There's a lot of reasonably priced hotels in West London (especially Paddington area) at the moment as the tourists haven't started returning, so personally I'd park up in Westfield and take the tube around. Have a look up at Booking.com etc
Tell you one thing, I don’t for a second believe that Greater Manchester Police would be moving as quickly and doing things like adding additional arrests and extending bail if she’d gone quietly and presented the evidence discreetly.
